Ready for some make-believe that will make you believe in Jesus like never before?

Let’s pretend like we need to decide if we should hire Jesus. The quickest way to look at someone’s skills and qualifications is to look at their resume. There are a couple of passages in the New Testament that we can look at to see if Jesus is qualified for the job.

But before we read them we need to decide what job we’d like him to do.

• His earthly father was a carpenter but I’m pretty sure we don’t need Jesus to do any wood-working?
• Many people who don’t even believe in God think he was a good teacher but he claimed to be so much more.
